The first call is to pinpoint bottlenecks. The daily chats are to provide you of information you need to upgrade your skills and fill that knowledge gap. And the weekly checkups are to see if you are staying on track.
Then at the end of the second week, we do another call to finetune the goals. And then on the last day we do another call to conclude how much we’ve accomplished together!
